Tangy, spicy, and just a touch sweet, you can serve this yogurt sauce with your favorite salmon or chicken dinners or as a sauce for stuffed pita sandwiches! Fold in diced cucumbers to add a little crunch!

1 6-ounce container of low-fat Greek yogurt
1 Thai chili pepper
1 blood orange
1 garlic clove
Flaky sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Prep Ingredients: Mince the Thai chili pepper and the garlic. Zest off half the blood orange and juice 2 tablespoons.
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, blood orange zest and juice, garlic and Thai chili pepper. Season with the flaky sea salt and pepper and stir to combine. Chill until ready to serve. Before serving, drizzle with a touch of extra virgin olive oil.
